Leading Pathways provides client-based, evidence-based treatment built on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis, in order to identify individualized goals to support skill acquisition and address challenging behaviors, and support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in a variety of settings.
Leading Pathways is currently hiring aspiring and experienced Behavior Technicians who will work in a one to one setting with children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD or other Developmental Disabilities in their home, clinic, school, and/or community settings. We provide extensive hands on paid training to all employees. Therefore, it is not essential that you have prior work experience in this field, as long as you are willing to learn, we will provide you with all the training that you will need to be a successful Registered Behavior Technician. In addition, we will continue to provide you with ongoing support, supervision and training in the field.
