Tina’s pathway to this point started in her very first role. Working as an Early Childhood Educator, she met a student diagnosed with ASD, and noticed he experienced difficulties in the classroom. She made it her personal mission to acquire as much knowledge and skill as possible to provide the student with an accessible, rich, and nurturing learning environment.

Seeing the student thrive and understanding the impact of her support, Tina embarked on a different pathway, from educator to behavioral healthcare provider.
Tina returned to school with a renewed ambition, obtaining her Masters in Education & Developmental Child Psychology from the University of Toronto, and later a certification leading to her status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Armed with her education and experience, Tina worked with some of the largest and most influential behavioral healthcare organizations in America, and most recently was the Regional Clinical Director for the Bay Area in San Francisco, for the largest ABA provider in the country. Through helping thousands of children and families along the way, Tina realized her journey felt incomplete. Tina realized that to truly fulfill her mission she needed to bring her years of experience to South Florida, and launch her own Clinic that will truly focus on the needs of children first and foremost.
